After having completed the intermediate diploma school in Liestal in 2000, I started a 3-year training course at the Swiss-German School of Orthoptics in St. Gallen with a practical part at Basel University Eye Hospital, where I graduated in 2003. In the subsequent 17 years (including a longer period of maternity leave) I worked at the ADMEDICO Eye Center in Olten, where I gained a great deal of experience in the area of endocrine orbitopathy, as well as many others. I took up a new position in my home region in summer 2020 and have since been a member of the team at the Muttenz-Pratteln ophthalmological center. I very much enjoy working with different people of all age groups, and particularly with children. In addition to German, my native language, I am fluent in English and French.
